Project overview The challenge
Website travel needed a brand and website refresh as the original brand was tired and looked really out of place in today’s youth travel market. The new website requirement is that it needed to be energetic and fun, while at the same time retaining some sort of seriousness to represent trust and commitment. The new website also needed to be responsive and easy to manage.
The new design represents a youthful vibe while retaining some sort of corporate feel. The new branding is more vibrant, and the key visual used throughout the campaigns represents what the company is all about, “Being bold and fun”.
The new design is now easier to use and works well across the different devices. Existing customers / users are able to find what they are looking for easier, as the different logins and entry points to the individual product offerings are separated and just a click away.
Information and case studies are also easy to navigate for new users by making content easy to find and understand, in doing this it creates trust and in turns convert new users into customers.
Being a B2B business, the website needed to create a sense of trust from the beginning to help assure its user’s that Website Travel is the right solution for their travel business needs.
