Project overview The challenge
IPF digital approached me to re-design and modernize their Credit24 website.
The original website was outdated and was a mismatch of style and wasn’t clear on what the business is all about and was very difficult to use.
The brief was to redesign Credit24 and to make it more user friendly and modern, as well as easier for developers and content creators to create pages while adhering to the global brand style guide.
The solution
The newly designed website was given a more personal feel through imagery to add trust and help users feel at ease when applying for a personal loan.
Complimentary colours of orange and blue were used throughout the theme to brighten up the tone of the site, as well as complimenting the overall branding of the company.
I’ve also created a global experience language for the brand, so elements were designed and developed in a modular way so content creators can easily create consistently designed pages by adding or removing the design element blocks, that look unified regardless of what elements are used on a given page.
The site is more welcoming and easier to use on both desktop and mobile, with strategically placed call to actions and information which gives users a quick glance at the important information to help better inform them when applying for a personal loan.
